   Admin in German and French, wallet passes, public API

   building

   The guest pages already speak three languages; the admin follows. Apple and Google Wallet passes for tickets, built directly against the two platforms rather than a pass service. A public API for organisations that want to push guests from their own systems.

   Ticket sales, companions, three guest languages

   Paid ticket classes with Stripe Connect: payouts go to your own Stripe account, discount codes, an anonymous ticket shop, refunds from the orders page. Guests can bring companions, each with their own QR code. Guest pages and mails in English, German and French; event templates to start the next event from the last one. Bounce handling and error monitoring underneath.

   Plans, billing and self-service signup

   Free, Plus, Pro and Enterprise with limits the product enforces, a single event pass and add-ons, billed through Stripe with card, SEPA or invoice. New workspaces sign up themselves and start with 14 days of Pro. Every workspace gets its own subdomain; Pro adds a custom domain for guest pages and your own sender domain for mails. A platform admin for us to look after tenants.

   Logos, hero images, calendar links, sharing images

   Upload a logo of any size, including print resolution, and the platform derives the renditions, the favicon and a dark-background variant. Hero backgrounds as gradient, colour or image with automatic text contrast. Co-sponsor logos on the event page, add-to-calendar for Apple, Google and Outlook, and a generated sharing image per event.

   Form builder v2, RSVP, mail editor

   A drag-and-drop form builder with a live preview on desktop and phone. New field types including RSVP (declining takes no seat), address, rating and file upload, plus conditional logic that shows a question only when an earlier answer calls for it. Mails are written in a proper editor with text, rich and HTML formats, placeholders, preview and test send.

   Invitations and Excel import

   Invite-only events with personal links, one per guest, or a shared link for everyone. Guests decline with one click and the organiser can send an automatic decline mail. Import a guest list from Excel or CSV with column mapping; the invitations go out in bulk from the same page.

   Self-service admin

   Organisers run everything themselves: an event editor with autosave and drafts, a publish checklist, the guest list with inline detail and actions, staff accounts for the door, campaign mails to a filtered audience and follow-up forms. Verified in production on the first customer workspace the same night.

   First real event live

   A step-by-step registration form with per-event fields, the ticket mail with QR code, and the door scanner on a phone. The first guest list of a real reception ran through it end to end, from sign-up to check-in.

   Confirmation, ticket, approval and reminder mails sent through an EU provider. A public ticket page with a QR code, a staff scanner with camera, manual code entry and name search, and the first campaign mails with send-once protection. Every piece verified with real sends and a real phone scan.

    Tenant isolation hardened

    Role escalation closed, the audit trail is now write-only from the server, and event-manager scoping is enforced down to the row. The RLS suite grew from five assertions to a full role × operation matrix that runs before every deploy.

    Phase 1: schema and row-level security

    Tenants, branding, logos, domains, members, events, days and ticket options. Every tenant-scoped table forces row-level security; a Postgres hook puts the tenant context into the access token at sign-in.

    Phase 0: design foundation

    The type scale, colour tokens, motion specs and the first reference components. The marketing site is the proof that the system holds up before a single product screen exists.
