Mission Support ships in phases, and each one has to run a real event before the next begins. This is where they get written down.

1. 2026-07-12

   Tenant isolation hardened

   shipped

   Role escalation closed, the audit trail is now write-only from the server, and event-manager scoping is enforced down to the row. The RLS suite grew from five assertions to a full role × operation matrix that runs before every deploy.

2. 2026-05-03

   Phase 1 — schema and row-level security

   shipped

   Tenants, branding, logos, domains, members, events, days and ticket options. Every tenant-scoped table forces row-level security; a Postgres hook puts the tenant context into the access token at sign-in.

3. 2026-05-02

   Phase 0 — design foundation

   shipped

   The type scale, colour tokens, motion specs and the first reference components. The marketing site is the proof that the system holds up before a single product screen exists.

4. Next

   Registration, tickets and check-in

   building

   The path to a real event running end to end: a registration form, confirmation and ticket mail, a QR ticket, and a scanner that works one-handed in bright sun. Everything else waits behind it.
