This applies to every paid contract concluded by a natural person for purposes that are mainly private: a plan, an event pass, an add-on, the domain setup service. If you conclude the contract for an organisation, or in the course of your trade, business or profession, there is no right of withdrawal — that is why we ask, once, at signup.

Tickets you bought for someone else’s event are not covered here. In that case your contract is with the organiser, not with us, and the organiser owes you their own withdrawal information. We only process the payment on their behalf.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise it, inform us — Arnonym OÜ, Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, hello@mission-support.com — by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your statement before the period expires is enough to meet the deadline.

We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used. You will not be charged any fee for that refund.

Your right of withdrawal expires once we have performed the service in full, provided that you expressly agreed, before the contract was concluded, that we may begin before the withdrawal period ends, and that you acknowledged you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been performed in full.

That is what the two confirmations in the purchase flow are for. They are not pre-ticked, you can buy without them — and if you do, your full fourteen days stand, even if you have already used the workspace.

Compensation for value received. If you asked us to begin before the period ended and then withdraw, you owe us an amount proportionate to what had already been provided when you withdrew, measured against the full scope of the contract.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw. An email in your own words does the same job.
