The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so there is no longer a platform to refer you to. The Commission now publishes the national consumer dispute resolution bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. Mission Support is offered to organisations rather than consumers; we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
